Welcome Baby Tytan!

We were so excited to welcome our newest cousin into the family. Baby Tytan was born to Randall and Chelsea late Friday night. Jadyn was so unhappy that I didn't wake her up to go to the hospital when he was born, so we went early the next morning. She could not wait to hold him. I absolutely could not believe how much dark hair he had. What a cutie!

An Apple a Day...

All three of my children LOVE apples. My kids were looking so cute eating apples the other day. I had my camera ready and I was able to catch a few cute shots. When Jenna was done with hers, she "helped" Hyrum finish his apple. (She would take his apple, take a few bites and then give it back to him so that he could get another bite before she grabbed it again. Fortunately Hyrum is sweet and didn't mind sharing too much.)

Here's hoping that an apple a day will keep the doctor away (or more specifically any sickness that would land us in a doctor's office).

Jenna's First Haircut

While we were over at Nana's, Jadyn was given a hair trim. Jenna shocked us all by asking if she could have a hair cut. She has never even allowed me to come close to her with sissors (not that she has had much hair...), but Nana was offered the chance to give Jenna her very first haircut.

She looks a little concerned once Nana started, but she stuck it out and was thrilled by the end. Crazy, right? This is her very first haircut. She is 2 years old!!!

Congrats on your first haircut, Jenna. We all think that you look absolutely beautiful. Of course, you told everyone that you had a haircut and that Nana did a good job for the next several days. It was funny to hear you tell strangers at the store or your nursery leaders, "Look at my beautiful haircut. Nana did a good job and she cutted my hair for me."
